1. Click “VIEW RATES” for the hotel of your choice
2. Review the information and click “HOLD GOUP BLOCK"
3. Complete the "Place Rooms On Hold" form and submit
4. Your group’s instructional email and booking link will be sent to your inbox. This email needs to be forwarded to all traveling members; including the coach and managers.
1. Select your hotel and "click" VIEW RATES
2. Choose your room type and "click" BOOK ROOM
3. Fill out the reservation form with your information. Accept the terms, conditions, and fee then "click" "SUBMIT RESERVATION"
4. An email receipt will be sent for your records.
1. Your “Reservation ARN #” is our agency’s internal reference ID for your upcoming stay; the hotel does not use this number for check-in or to make changes you may desire pre-arrival.
2. The “Reservation CONFIRMATION #” is the hotel’s reference ID that you will use to check-in to your room and make changes directly with the property. Please do not call the hotel until you have received your hotel confirmation number.
3. You will be sent the ARN and CONFIRMATION #’s from our agency via separate email receipts after submitting the booking.
1. If a hotel shows SOLD OUT, it might be due to your preferred check-in date, the number of rooms needed, and the number of nights required.
